white cabbage * salt * rice vinegar * sesame oil
Salt the sliced cabbage and let it rest for a while, the salt will cook the cabbage. Rinse off the salt with cold water, then add the rice vinegar and a touch of sesame oil. Baste the chicken regularly while baking in a medium hot oven. Season everything with pepper & salt to your liking.
